Pilot
The Match Connector App is currently in the pilot phase. This means the app is being exclusively tested by companies that have signed up for the private pilot.
Once the private pilot is completed, we will release an initial version of the app in a public pilot phase. During this first phase with public access, we will continue the app's development and collect as much feedback as possible from users.

Privacy
Match Connector is built around prioritizing user privacy. You have full control over your data and how it is shared:
You’re in Control
- Data Sharing: You always have full control and insight into who has access to your data.
- Remove your data: You can revoke access to your assessment results at any time.
Access & Deletion
- Request Data: You can view all the data we store about you.
- Delete Account: You can delete all your data whenever you want.
MatchConnector Development Timeline
This timeline provides an overview of the development of the MatchConnector software. It includes what has been delivered so far, and what is planned in the coming months. The focus is on continuing to improve the platform step by step.
In this phase, MatchConnector is built from the ground up as a replacement for the ODC software. The work includes designing new models, creating updated themes, and setting up a stable and scalable back-end infrastructure.
Implemented components:
- Secure production environment
- Servers with load balancing
- New and optimized database structure
- Updated dashboard with login screens and navigation panels
- Customizable user roles, adaptable to organizational structures
The first version of the software becomes available to pilot users. The focus is on making reports accessible and starting the transition from ODC to MatchConnector.
Available features:
- Import users from the Odin/ODC software
- Users can view their own MatchConnector report
- Admins connected to users can download reports
This release introduces the first version of the Role Creation feature. Admins and advisors can define roles based on Connectors, using an overview of Drives and Connectors to support their selection.
With this update, organizations can begin to use Teamcasting. This allows teams to be formed based on Connector profiles, with the aim of placing people in roles where they can make the best use of their potential.
Also included:
- Users can be part of more than one organization
This release adds the Talent Report, which shows insights into a user's personal drives, including the familiar green and orange visuals from the Expert Dashboard. It also introduces more tools for users to manage their accounts and connections.
New features:
- Talent Report
- HUB overview page for users to view and manage connected organizations
- Account settings page
Users gain access to the Balance Report, which gives insight into the balance between internal and external drives.
New feature:
- Personal dashboard with MatchConnector data access control
By the end of the year, all key features are in place for the MVP. The software is stable enough to be used by a broader group of pilot users.
Added functionality:
- Accept or deny advisor/coach access requests via notifications
- Sentry integration for monitoring and error tracking
This month is used for bug fixes and polishing tasks to improve usability and stability.
The focus shifts to improving the admin experience. New tools help with user management and streamline workflows.
New features:
- Bulk edit functionality
- Filtering options in the user overview
- Improvements to Role Creation and Teamcasting
Preparations begin for two new features: AI Storyteller and the Learning & Development Plan. Regular polishing and bug fixing continues in parallel.
This release adds features that support personal development and reflection.
New features:
- AI Storyteller: Users can generate stories based on their Full Potential and Potential Pitfalls, using standard prompts
- Learning & Development Plan: Users and advisors can create development plans linked to Connectors and Talents
Extending the Learning & Development features. A new model is introduced for Disconnectors, and admin CRUD for training management is added.
New developments:
- Modelling of Disconnectors
- CRUD functionality for training admin management
- Training items integrated into Learning & Development Plans
- Updated AI Storyteller prompts for more tailored outputs
This month brings several additions for both users and advisors, integrating the Junior measurement and Advisor views on Learning & Development Plans.
New features:
- First implementation of Junior ODC measurement
- Advisor view for Learning & Development Plans
- Various polishing and quality improvements
The existing Teamcasting feature is extended with full CRUD capabilities, giving admins and advisors more flexibility to manage and refine teams.
Added functionality:
- Full create, read, update, delete actions for Teamcasting elements
The Expert Dashboard is introduced, offering specialists a central interface to explore MatchConnector data and profiles in greater detail.
Key elements:
- Interactive dashboard based on the familiar visuals from the original ODC
This release focuses on the Career Plan and the dynamic Team dashboard and report. It also marks the beginning of the ODC data migration into MatchConnector.
New features:
- Strategic Career Plan: Users can define professional growth paths
- Dynamic Team Report: Overview of a team's potential, drives, and composition
- ODC data import: Start of structured import from the ODC software into MatchConnector
